To participate in the Tiki Rising Star/Grey V Leaderboard, you need to first qualify as a Grey V creator. Once you become a Grey V creator, you will automatically be added to the Rising Star leaderboard.
Similar concept for Blue V creators, they will be automatically put on the Tiki Star/Blue V Leaderboard.
